SoftCopy Technologies announces the availability of SoftBill v2.0 an enhanced version of it's low cost telephone rebilling application. Version 2 offers improvements in ease of installation, printing, transactions and backup. SoftCopy is aggressively developing SoftBill for greater functionality and ease of use. Version 2 is another demonstration of this commitment to provide unprecedented value in rebilling application systems.
