SoftCopy Technologies announces "SoftBill"
SoftCopy Technologies announces SoftBill, a telephone service rebilling application for small to mediun sized private telephone service providers. SoftBill provides a robust, efficient and low cost rebilling application that, for the first time, allows smaller customers to operate their own rebilling operation to improve billing accuracy, customer service and telephone revenues. SoftCopy President, Randy Bryan, says "SoftBill changes the industry equation for inhouse versus outsourced rebilling operations." Of particular note, is SoftBill's capability to print, fax or e-mail the monthly bills on a per customer basis. SoftBill is targeted at colleges, office complexes and residential complexes that rebill their clients for telephone service.
