SoftCopy announces SoftBill rel.2.1 as an upgrade to it's SoftBill Telephone Rebilling application. SoftBill release 2.1 offers a number of improvements including; more batching of transactions to greatly improve the efficiency and flexibility of the system; automated credit card processing and several management reports aid payment collections. These SoftBill improvements and others offer an ever more robust and efficient rebilling environment to colleges, office complexes and residential complexes.
