Services - Consulting
SoftCopy Technologies will assist organizations to understand their Local and Wide Area Communications requirements and to design a future-ready platform for growth. Communication requirements may include data,voice and video streams over private or public fiber, copper, and wireless circuits. Systems requirements may include Cabling, Network Equipment, Telephone Systems and Services, Microwave Systems, and Servers for Data, Video or Telephony (PBX and VoiceMail). SoftCopy will contract it's services by Fixed Price or Time & Materials. As Consultant, SoftCopy will assist the Customer with any or all of the following Services:
- Develop a Technology Plan
- Design Communications Networks, Data-Voice-Video systems, with Cost Models, Facilities Audit, User Interviews, and Technology Matching
- Write Procurement RFP-RFQ's
- Appraise and Select Suitable Vendors-Solutions
- Installation Project Management and Quality Testing
Installations - SoftCopy Technologies will provide complete project planning, estimation, execution, quality control and supervision services. Installation Services are offered with Binding Estimates and are available independent of Consulting Services. In some cases, SoftCopy can bring project Funding Sources to the table.
Installation Services are available for:
- Structured Cabling Systems
- Local Area Network (Data) Systems
- Telephone Systems and Telephony (VoiceMail) Servers
- Wide Area Connection services
- Microwave-Wireless Systems
- Video Distribution Systems (CATV and Satellite)

- Site Prep Buildout and Trenching
- Cabling ISP and OSP
- Cabling Termination and Testing
- Network System Installation and Setup
- Internet Connection Services and Setup
- Telephone System Installation and Setup
