Products - Call Accounting
Call Accounting (CA) applications provide for collection, pricing and analysis of call data records from the PBX.; Where telephone costs are large, call accounting allows you to track and analyze usage, manage and analyze costs, and detect fraudulent use. Call Accounting can also allow a primitive method for billing in-house phone users for their calling. SoftCopy Technologies resells a standard call accounting program as part of it's family of Telemanagement applications, SoftView and SoftBill. SoftCopy can/will these programs to interface to any call accounting program.
SoftCopy offers a commercially available call accounting program, if needed. This CA program is an MS-Windows-based application offering ease of use, robust functionality, flexibility of use, great support and large install base. Some of our program's key features are as follows:
- Real-time or buffered Data Collection, supports all telephone systems
- Tariffed and Custom rate table support for multiple carriers, price markup/down support
- Call ID'ing by Extensions, User Authorization Codes and Client Codes

Call Accounting is the front-end to SoftCopy's SoftView and SoftBill packages.
SoftView is SoftCopy's simple and low cost backend Help-Desk for Call Accounting packages. SoftView handles distributing, archiving and lookup of current and past usage statements. Statements can be distributed by print, fax and EMAIL!! [per user]. SoftView works with any Call Accounting program.
SoftBill is SoftCopy's Rebilling application that incorporates all of SoftView plus handling of account payment, fee and balance information for current and past bills.
